Our Extended Warranty Program rewards customers who share their handmade pet works on social media with a free extended warranty. To participate, post a photo or video of your pet sculpture on one of the supported social media platforms using the hashtag #Memorpaw within one month of receiving the product.

- How do I claim my extended warranty?
If you ever need to claim your extended warranty outside the normal coverage period, just provide the link to your qualifying social media post when you reach out to us. We’ll verify the post if it meets the requirements, we’ll gladly extend your warranty. If you don’t need to make a claim, there’s no need to do anything else! Simply share your post within the required time limit, and enjoy peace of mind for 3 years.

- Memorpaw reserves the right to modify the terms of the Extended Warranty Program at any time, at our sole discretion. Any decisions made by Memorpaw regarding the program and its parameters are final and binding.
