Return Policy

Your happiness truly matters to us. Every Memorpaw piece is handcrafted with care, and we want you to feel comforted and delighted when you receive your custom pet artwork.

If anything feels off when your order arrives, please reach out to us at service@memorpaw.com within 7 days. We’ll listen, support you, and do everything we can to resolve your concerns.

Because each item is completely custom-made and requires many hours of skilled handcrafting, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the final product is delivered.

However, your satisfaction remains our priority.
If you’d like additional adjustments, you may ship your item back to us (shipping at your expense), and our artists will gladly fine-tune your piece so it more closely matches your expectations.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel before we begin creating your piece:
    We will refund your payment 100%.
  • If work has already started:
    We’re unable to cancel the order, as our artists have already invested significant time and resources into your custom portrait.

We deeply appreciate your understanding. Each Memorpaw artwork is made lovingly, entirely by hand, and crafted just for you.

 

Order Change Policy

If you need to make any changes—such as swapping photos, updating details, or modifying your selected product—please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, we may already be preparing or starting your artwork, and we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever we can.
