2. What kind of photographs should I send?

To create a lifelike and meaningful custom pet portrait, we recommend sending:

  • One clear front-facing photo
  • One side profile photo
  • One back or body reference photo

If you only have a single front image—especially common for customers seeking pet loss memorial gifts—that’s okay. We’ll do our best to capture your pet’s unique features.

3. How long does it take to complete my order?

Every Memorpaw piece is handmade with care, whether it's a personalized pet sculpture, pet memorial jewelry, or a custom portrait painting.

Estimated production time: 7 days – 3 months, depending on the artwork.
Shipping time: 1 – 3 weeks, depending on your country.

Because each artwork is crafted to honor a deeply personal bond, we appreciate your patience. Good art—especially memorial art—takes time.

4. How do I send you my pet's photos?

Within 24 hours, we will contact you via service@memorpaw.com to request your pet’s photos and any details you'd like us to include for your custom pet keepsake.

The clearer, the better: A high-quality photo helps us perfectly capture your pet's unique personality and emotion, bringing your artwork to life. 

5. What materials are used in your sculptures and portraits?

  • Adjust details when possible to ensure you feel emotionally connected to the final piece

Please note:

  • Minor color differences may appear due to screen variations
  • Techniques like wool felting and Polymer clay have texture limitations
  • We aim for high resemblance, but 100% photographic accuracy isn’t always possible

7. What is your return or cancellation policy?

Because our items are fully custom pet memorial artworks, cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

9. How can I have my pet's real fur added into the wool felt portrait?

Upon request, we can incorporate your pet’s real fur, ash, whiskers, or teeth into the portrait. After placing your order, we’ll provide you with a mailing address for sending them.

10. How are wool felt portrait made?

Each wool felt portrait is custom-made exclusively for your pet using the needle felting technique with 100% natural, soft wool. Needle felting involves compressing wool fibers together by hand to create specific textures and shapes. The nose and mouth of each wool felt portrait are also handmade. Full-body wool felt artwork include a wireframe to support the stability and mobility of the paws and tail.
