At Memorpaw, every pet memorial piece is handcrafted with care. To help you plan your order—whether it’s a custom pet portrait, pet figurine, or pet memorial gift—please review our updated shipping guidelines below.

1. Regular Shipping

• Standard delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.
• Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

1) Customs inspections

2) Local postal delays

3) Weather issues

4) Seasonal peak periods

Because of these variables, exact delivery dates for regular shipping cannot be guaranteed.

2. Expedited Shipping

• Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
• Estimated delivery time is within 7 days.
• While this is a faster option, we still cannot guarantee an exact arrival date, as unforeseen circumstances may affect transit times.

3. Lost Shipments

If your order appears lost in transit, we will review the case individually and work with the carrier to determine the best possible solution.
